What We Grow
At Winona Orchards, great fruit starts on healthy trees and careful timing. We harvest tree‑ripened peaches and plums, and fresh blueberries and blackberries in season. All picked for real flavor, handled carefully, and brought to our local markets. It’s simple: Texas farm‑fresh, local produce from our hillside to your table.

How We Grow
Winona Orchards is focused on delivering the highest quality, fresh fruit to our customers with a commitment to complying with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) as well as following Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs). We apply the gentlest effective crop-protection products, only as needed and in limited amounts, to support healthy trees and quality fruit. In 2019, we achieved the USDA’s Produce GAPs Harmonized Food Safety Audit certification. This audit covers all aspects of the growing, harvesting, packaging, and delivery of our produce as well as traceability in the unlikely event a product needs to be recalled. All of these practices help ensure that we are delivering a safe, high-quality product to our valued customers.
